*Teachers and/or chaperones are free up to a 1:10 chaperone to youth ratio. Pricing for additional teachers and/or chaperones, above a 1:10 chaperone to youth ratio is at the same rate as youth.
Field trips are confirmed once payment is received. Dates cannot be held and field trips must be booked at lest 7 days in advance to guarantee availability.
Cancellation/Refund Policy: No refunds are available once payment is finalized for our youth tours but there may be an option to transfer to other dates. and tours are rescheduled if there are extreme weather conditions.
